Event Details

Women's Elevation is starting 2013 with a bang.

We are introducing our first off site event “Featured First 2013: Women's Elevation Magazine Launch and Networking Mixer”. We are celebrating all of the success of 2012 and announcing some things underway for the 2013 year. We ask that you come and join us as we introduce our new look, our writers and give back to an awesome non-profit.

WE Magazine was started in August 2012 to promote, inspire, and elevate the minds, bodies and spirits of women across the country. So far we have been able to feature key women in business that use their story to inspire others. Some of our  most recent features include Camille Allen "The Reinventionista" SWIBA (Stilletto Women in Business Award) nominee; Chere "The Stress Manger" Cofield, 2012 best seller of "The Crash That Altered My Life;" and for our February 2013 issue, we are featuring Melinda "SmallBizLady" Emerson.

We are so happy to be putting on an event that not only brings forth changes that will be made to the magazine itself, but also shed light on how WE Magazine helps with the community. Carolyn White-Washington, of Sisters4Sisters, Inc was a featured women in business for our magazine in September 2012. Her organization Sisters4Sisters, Inc. is a 501© (3) national, non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to the empowerment of women & girls in mind, body and spirit.

They provide training workshops on personal and professional development and engage the communit in outreach initiatives in the areas of domestic violence, HIV-AIDS, homelessness, women's health and mentoring of young girls and tweens.

Therefore, instead of having a door fee for our event we are asking that guest donate online or at the door to her cause.

Email us at info@womenselevationmagazine.com for sponsorship and vendor visibility.
